VinPro Consultant profile: Bennie
Liebenberg Initially he studied medicine, but
changed to agriculture after his first year. With a BSc Agric in
Viticulture and Oenology as well as a BComm, his feet are now firmly
rooted in the wine industry. Bennie is fascinated by the
manipulation of pruning, suckering and canopy management to solve
problems or to improve quality. "Challenges in the industry are
legion. I would like to see more competitiveness," he explains, "and
for the farmers to adjust more quickly to new trends and available
technology." |

Bennie
Liebenberg is so crazy about sport that his passion is threatening
to become a hockey, cricket, cycling and gym addiction. He also
loves a good movie and enjoys socialising with a glass of good
