A Technical Guide for Wine Producers

RECENT ARTICLES   |   WYNBOER HOME FRUIT RESEARCHERS ASSIST WINE INDUSTRY Following the merger of Infruitech and Nietvoorbij and the creation of the ARC-Research Institute for Fruit, Vine and Wine, the fruit and wine industries may now benefit from greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness despite limited human resources and apparatus. Two specialist researchers from the Post-harvest and Processing Technology Division, Drs Lizette Joubert and Chris Hansmann of the Infruitec campus, recently submitted three research projects to Winetech for funding. The projects concern the improvement of the quality of wine and grape juice and will significantly improve oenological research in the wine industry.
